- SGRMP and the Ministry of Environment, Fight against Climate Change, Wildlife and Parks reserve the right to restrict, modify, or cancel certain services if circumstances require it.
- Logging, timber transport, or other commercial activities may be ongoing during your stay. These activities do not constitute a reason for refund or compensation.
- There will be no refund or compensation for clients who are late or leave the premises before the scheduled end for reasons beyond the control of SGRMP.
- Hunters are responsible for providing equipment to remove the animal after hunting.
- In case of snow accumulation, participants must provide the equipment to move around the reserve (ATVs or snowmobiles exceptionally).
- From time to time, indigenous people engage in hunting and fishing activities in the wildlife reserve.

Payment terms
- When booking with CGRMP staff, a 30% deposit will be required.
- Your payment can be made either by check or credit card(*).
- Upon receipt of the deposit, a booking confirmation will be sent to you.
- Balance payments are due no later than July 1st.
- Failure to make the required payments within the prescribed deadlines may result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.
- In case of cancellation, the 30% deposit is non-refundable.
- No refunds will be granted after the final payment on July 1st.

Credit card: You will need to provide your credit card number to our attendant at the time of booking.
**Online payment via financial institution: It is possible to make the final payment of your reservation online through your financial institution. Look for the provider CGRMP and enter your reservation number.
